Description:
Brown crab also known as the edible crab is a species found in the North Sea and North Atlantic Ocean. Around one third of the weight of an adult edible crab is meat, of which one third is white meat from the claws and two thirds is brown meat from the body. Male crabs have more sweet white meat; Female crabs have more rich brown meat.
